Insufficient implementation of Covid measures

...today I have to vent a little frustration. We have had Covid on our necks for almost 2 years now and it seems to me that the virus is affecting some people's brains. First of all, my family and I have all been vaccinated 3 times. Whether it helps or not, I as a layman can only rely on professionals and everyone I asked told me to get vaccinated. We are 3 risk patients and I prefer to be on the safe side. That is our attitude towards vaccination. Of course, I give everyone the right to do it or not. I am of the opinion that one can find a way that everyone can live with. If you don't get vaccinated, you should just follow the other rules. FFP2, distance, hygiene and also lockdown rules. In Austria, unfortunately, some people see all these rules only as recommendations and simply ignore them. This does not only refer to individual citizens, but especially to the economy. For example, the Fischapark in Wr. Neustadt, normally the 2G proof should be checked at every entrance - unfortunately this is not the case. There are no checks in the shops, so it doesn't matter whether there is a lockdown for the unvaccinated or not, if nothing is checked anyway. You really feel like you're being f... but that's the typical Austrian spongy handling. No wonder so many people say, why should I get vaccinated if there is no difference anyway. We have been to dinner about 20 times since the green vaccination certificate was introduced. In different restaurants in Vienna and Lower Austria and only in one restaurant in Vienna was it checked correctly, with a scanner and ID check. I wonder what all the effort is for. I am well aware that the economy suffers from the situation, but on the other hand, in some places nothing is done to ensure that a few rules are observed to finally put an end to this misery. Just looking at the mobile phone and the barcode doesn't help. To sum up, my experience with trade and gastronomy is catastrophic. On the other side are the cultural institutions and the hotel industry, in both cases there were strict controls and personalisation. But they were always among the last to be allowed to open. Where is the logic behind this? In the theatres we had personalised seats with a distance to the next person, compulsory masks during the performance, always 1-2 seats free in between, top hygiene... they did their job and still got the short end of the stick. The same in the hotel, strict controls, extended meal times, assigned tables with sufficient distance to the next person, top hygiene in the whole house, even they were left behind. I ask myself now, do they simply have a weaker lobby behind them or what is the reason? In other countries, the controls work very well, you can't get into a shop without proof and it's accepted.
